Booking Terms and Conditions
Payments
Bookings should be made with a minimum of 45 days in advance. Payment must be done in US dollars by wire transfer within 7 days of booking in order to confirm. Wire transfer must be done to the following account:

Cancellation Fees and Refunds
20% of total cost if cancelled 30 days before arrival, 50% of total cost if cancelled 15 to 30 days before arrival, total cost if cancelled 1 to15 days before arrival. (Tours are not cancelled due to rainfall).
Indemnity
All guests have to sign an indemnity form upon arrival and will not be permitted to ride before signing the indemnity.
Rate Changes
Seahorse Stables will endeavour to uphold prices quoted, but reserves the right to change prices without incurring obligations.
Seahorse Stables Rights
Seahorse Stables reserves the right, without further notice, to make use of any photographs or film taken on rides by our staff for general publicity purposes without payment or permission.
